With over 20 years of experience as both a special operations tactical instructor and a professional mixed martial arts (MMA) athlete, JJ has had the privilege of training alongside and learning from elite operators, top fighters, and martial arts experts. Throughout his career, he's instructed a diverse range of individuals, from special operations personnel, to law enforcement officers, foreign soldiers, world-class MMA athletes, and everyday citizens. His focus has always been on improving situational awareness, defensive abilities, and building confidence. His life’s work has been dedicated to understanding the complexities of violence and developing simple, effective protection strategies that are realistic and accessible for everyone.
JJ's 1:1 private coaching is centered on real world combatives, mixed martial arts techniques, and conditioning fundamentals. His structured sessions sharpen skill, improve output, and develop capability, capacity, and discipline. ($150/hr)
Monique: Beginner Women's Fitness
Monique is a Certified Personal Trainer and Transformation Specialist who guides women through real transformation: physically, mentally, and emotionally. As a mom & caregiver, Monique understands the complexity behind inconsistency: stress, fatigue, life that never slows down, and often putting yourself last. Her approach is realistic, supportive, and results-driven, building strength from where it matters most.
