The 1,200 sq. ft. studio is designed to support both high-performance training and content production in a single adaptable environment.

• Dedicated 20’ × 20’ MMA training area

• Heavy bags and functional strength equipment (Rogue, REP, Concept2)

• Adjustable RGBW overhead lighting (individually or grouped control)

• Backlit mirrors with adjustable lighting

• Two skylights with blackout capability for full lighting control

• Sonos sound system for customizable audio environment

• Open floor layout for production flexibility and set design

• Private restroom and on-site amenities

• Free parking and ground-floor load-in access

 

The space can shift from a fully functional training environment to a controlled production set depending on your needs.

While Enso was originally built around training, it has evolved into a flexible production location for creators, brands, and production teams.

The studio is commonly used for:

Enso-LV is available by appointment only and can be booked by the hour, half-day, full-day, or multi-day depending on the project.

• Hourly bookings available (2-hour minimum use)

• Half-day and full-day rates available

• Multi-day production takeovers available upon request

• Last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability

 

All bookings are reviewed individually to ensure alignment with the space and intended use.

Important Notes

• An owner/host is on-site during all bookings (in a separate, off-limits office)

• The space is not soundproof; ambient noise may be present

• Equipment and layout must be respected to preserve the integrity of the studio
