Due to limited capacity, private scheduling, and the nature of our services, no refunds are issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, cancellations. no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances

• private training sessions, studio rentals, courses and events, ticketed events, packages and memberships, digital or physical products

By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Credit Consideration Policy

​While refunds are not issued, credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Enso LV.

Credits are not guaranteed and may be offered only when:

• sufficient notice is provided, scheduling permits accommodation, and the request aligns with studio policies and operational availability

Any approved credit:

• has no cash value, is non-transferable, may be subject to expiration, and may be limited to specific services or offerings

​

Submission of a request does not guarantee credit approval.

We reserve the right to refuse service, deny access, cancel bookings, or decline requests at our discretion, in accordance with applicable law, in order to preserve the safety, integrity, and intended use of the space.
