Each class offers a beginner-friendly workout and is designed to help you build confidence and strength, regardless of where you're starting.
After each workout the group gets together on the mats to connect! We celebrate wins, we speak honestly about life's challenges, we share experiences, encouragement, and perspectives...WITHOUT judgment.
